I could not have written this story better if had been a made for TV Movie. I will show you from beginning to end how Montgomery County Government tried to muzzle me so that this story would not come out. I will show you the documentation that will proof to you the extent that your County Government, its elected officials were and are willing to go to lie, cheat, committ perjury, steal, and destroy a life and a dream.
They thought they got away with it. My tax dollars and your tax dollars has been paying for cheats, liars, and cover up artist who cannot cover up their own nakedness if their life depended on it. I will show you that your Goverment is capable of taking a pistol and shooting you and covering it up and no one will be the wiser as to who the culprit is.

This is a story that would have never come to light if the players had remembered the mistake President Nixon made during THE WATERGATE ERA.

This story has been told so many times that I am sure that some of you out there may be intimate with the details. For those not familiar with the details, Please read my blog from the beginning.
I want everyone to understand the deceipt and power mongering that some of the individuals that work for our government, who we pay with our tax dollars, the perjury they are willing to committ for power. I am sure they said they are working for the COUNTY. But who is the County? Is the COUNTY not you and I. Is the County not your next door neighbor, the homeless, the destitute, who makes their home in Montgomery County. Whose tax dollars pays their salaries so that they are able to live, support, and be comfortable in their homes with their families. A benefit they were not willing to afford me or my family.

In my prior post I have alluded to the fact that we needed to find out the timing of when the lease negotiation with my Landlords Joe Godbout and Robert Medberry was signed. We needed to find out when the contracts for the renovations of the 8413 Ramsey Avenue was initiated and when we find out those things we will be able to find out when the coverup started and when the crimes of perjury to the court took place.
Well people it is time to shame the devil. The County in the name of Steve Hayes, Real Estate Specialist, Cynthia Brenneman, Director of the Office of Real Estate, Eileen Basaman, Paul Leonard, and Patricia Via from the Office of the County Attorney of Montgomery County were in negotiations for the lease of this building in June of 2006 when I was still in possession of this building and when I was in good standing with my rent.
They contacted the owners Joseph and Jeanne L. Godbout, and Robert and Virginia Medberry to lease the space. They were told that the space was not available that it was rented. They were told that the space was theirs if they could get me thrown out. People, they did not know what to do. They did not know how to get me out of there. So they sent Steve Hayes and Shri Gondhalekar under the disguise that they wanted to sublease the building from me.
Wow!!!!
They enticed me to empty my office of the tenants that I had, because they wanted the space at all cost. Even to the point of bankrupting me, to the point of me loosing my home, to the point of me loosing my business. Do no forget in the letter from Al D. Roshdieh which is included in my first blog posting for your reference.
that they were waiting to see the result of the lift of stay by Joseph and Jeanne Godbout, and Robert and Virginia Medbery, through their attorney Alan Kerxton, whose law firm Stein, Sperling, Bennett, Dejang, Driscoll & Greenfeig, P.C. was also instrumental in making sure I was evicted from the premises.
They knew that they could not gain access to the building without me, so their next step after Steve Hayes and Shri Gondhalekar had made contact with me was to call the liasons for Maryland Transportation Authority, METRO, Montgomery County Ride on Bus to come and see the space. After they met with me and saw the space and decided it would meet their needs, they left. They must have gotten together and had a good laugh. They probably said, this African American Woman think that we would rent a space from her? when the owners who are white are there for me to rent directly from? Who does she think she is.
Fellow Citizens, their lease which was entered into on behalf of the Montgomery County Department of Real Estate by Cynthia Brenneman on 5/25/2007 and legally endorsed by Eileen Basaman on 5/30/2007 for the County Attorneys Office and Signed of the Landlords on 6/4/2007. They got me out of the place in April of 2007 and they did not wait for the ink to dry and the signed the County Attorneys Office Signed off on the lease on 5/30/2007 and Brenneman did it even sooner. Attorney Paul Leonard and Patricia Via wrote in one of the briefs and court hearings that it was only the County Executive that could bind the County into a contract. Why is the County Executives signature not on this lease that was executed by the County Attorneys office?
OH MY GOD.....
Attorney Paul Leonard, of the County Attorneys Office, was it worth you committing perjury in front of the court to say that the County had no intentions of leasing that space? The court hearing took place on September 12th, 2007 with Judge Pincus way after the lease had been signed. In addition, he still lied in front of the court and involved Hon. Judge Rupp, Hon Judge Ann S. Harrington, and the Scheduling Office of the Montgomery County Circuit Court. You should be ashamed of bringing additional shame to the legal profession and causing problems for the Judge who presided over the case.
Judge Rupp knew that Paul Leonard was committing Perjury, Hon. Ann Harrington knew they were committing Perjury, and the Scheduling office Contributed when they reassigned the original Judge on the Case to Judge Rupp.
This situation almost happened when they shopped the case to the Hon. Judge Savage knowing that her husband, James C. Savage is a division chief employed by the County Attorney's office. Things that make you say

Valerie Ervin said in her email that she took care of this matter. Did she take care of it when I sent several documents to the County Council detailing the travesty and state crimes that had been committed against me and my family? You be the Judge.
Every Single member of the Montgomery Council is aware of this issue. They just thought that when, where and how the lease was signed would never see the light of day.
Now that the lease between the County and the owners of 8413 Ramsey Avenue has been exposed, what will the County be defending in the Court of Special Appeals? Will they be defending the perjured testimony given by their attorney Paul Leonard? Will they say that they never intended to rent the place when the evidence shows otherwise(THE LEASE).
Of course since I now represent myself in this lawsuit the count of racial as well as sex discrimination has been added to the case. The mighty powers of Montgomery County did not feel that as an African American and a woman I was worthy of doing business with.
