MOCO 7 HIT WITH MULTIMILLION DOLLAR DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT

My fellow Citizens,

I am sure that you thought that the corruption that we heard about a couple of weeks ago in Prince Georges County was the worse thing that could have  happen within our region at this time.  I would venture to say that you have seen nothing yet when you find out what is happening in  Montgomery County,  the neigboring county.  We have 7 county employees in high level positions that should have know better, who conspired and violated the civl right of one of its citizen which has resulted in a multi million LAWSUIT.  In this hard times Steve Hayes, Real Estate Specialist, Cynthia Brenneman, Director of Real Estate, Shridhar Gondhalekar, Architect, Project Manager, Eileeen Basaman, Associate Attorney, in the Montgomery County Attorneys Office, in collusion with Patricia Via, Chief Litigator, Paul Leonard, Associate Attorney,  and Timothy L. Firestine, Chief Administrative Officer for Montogmery County, who I will call the MOCO 7 felt they could act without the fear of law by bankrupting an African Amercian Woman who happens to be a single mother that was pursing the American dream out of business and soon to be homeless.

To refresh your mind, please read the entire blog which details how this seven individuals conspired and drove me out of business because they did not want to execute a contract to rent the building now being used as the TRIPS OFFICE,( NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH LINDA TRIPP) located at 8413 Ramsey Avenue, which I have dubbed  the 8413RamseyGate from a Black Woman. Their preference was to do business with the white owners of the building.  One might say that of course they had the right to not want to deal with a Black Woman, after all this America, we have the Freedom to do as we please, RIGHT?

They forgot about   

42 U.S.C. § 1981
(Civil Rights Act of 1866

WHICH STATE AS FOLLOWS:

All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States shall have the same right in every State and Territory to make and enforce contracts, to sue, be parties, give evidence, and to the full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of persons and property as is enjoyed by white citizens, and shall be subject to the like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind, and to no other.

THEY ALSO FORGOT ABOUT 

42 U.S.C. § 1983
(Civil Rights Act of 1866


Which provides that anyone who, under color of state or local law, causes a person to be deprived of rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, or federal law, is liable to that person.

They also forgot about or were ignorant of 


Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq.

 It prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. 
As President John F. Kennedy Stated in 1963: 

Simple justice requires that public funds, to which all taxpayers of all races [colors, and national origins] contribute, not be spent in any fashion which encourages, entrenches, subsidizes or results in racial [color or national origin] discrimination.
 
In the MOCO 7s' excitement in finding a Black Person that they could treat like a non-person who they felt had no rights or protection under the law, they forgot that they were interfering with a business contract and relationship as well as fraudulent misrepresentation.  They forgot that ignorance is no defense for breaking the law.

Let me reiterate that these 7 individuals could have done the right thing by buying out my present lease or coexisting in the building with me.  But they felt that they were above the law and could  do as they please without any fear of reprisal.  As I have stated before this is a modern day hanging of an African American Person.  The Noose represented by the trickery of the MOCO 7 to make sure that I would run out in the street naked and loose my mind so that I would be labeled as mentally unsound.  

I would not have been able to proof anything if it was not that I was able to get my hands on the LEASE they executed with Joseph and Jeanne Godbout, and Robert and Virginia Medbery owners of 8413 Ramsey Avenue which I have again enclosed for your edification. It did not bother them that when I met Mr. Steve Hayes who was acting on behalf of the county that I had a lease on the premises since 2005 and was current in my lease payment.  He and his Co-conspirators had no concience or concern about the amount of harm they could cause or would be causing to another fellow human being.  Oh I forgot since I am Black, I am classified as a complete human being.
