Well People, the battle continues. Today I had another day in court in the Montgomery County Circuit Court. Of course you know that Montgomery County was able to use our tax dollars to defend the seven defendants who discriminated against me under the judicial rule of res judicata, and the statue of limitation. You ask what is RES JUDICATA? Well it is a rule that says that once an issue has been litigated and a final Judgement entered that the case cannot be litigated again against the same parties. The seven individuals, Steve Hayes, Shridhar Gondhalekar, Cynthia Brennanman, The Late Eileen Basaman...."there is a God" and he will be the final Judge of our deeds, Patricia Via, Paul Leonard, and Timothy Firestine. The statue of limitation issue was even addressed and the Judge decided that I was not deligent enough in trying to find these perpetrators despite the cover up mounted by these fine 7 citizens that we pay with our tax dollars. WOW! I get the blame because I was not able to uncover a conspiracy, fraud, and, deception in time. Well there is not need to worry. I have to prepare myself for the next step which is an appeal to the appellate court of the decision. The battle continues.
I knew that I had an uphill battle which has been the case since I came into contact with the people that call themselves our representatives and those we pay with our tax dollars to manage the day to day activities of our supposed county such as Steve Hayes and Co. Little did we know that we had thugs and the mafia in power.
Can you imagine after the case was over the learned attorney for the County Patricia Kane was scared to get into the same elevator with me? The elevator opened, and it was just she and I that were there to board, but she quickly ran away and waited for the next elevator so that she would not come near me or look me in the eye. I imagine she may not come into contact with people of color that often. Especially those like me who she had a hand in helping to bankrupt, who had the ability to stand and fight back. I know that there is a GOD!.
The fight continues. Appeals will be forthcoming as well as a filing under Chapter VI at the Federal Level. I am aware that they received some Federal monies for the building of the Paul Sarbanes Regional Center.

Monday January 17, 2011 is the birthday of this Honorable Civil Rights Activist who made it possible for us to be able to hold up our head as people of color and be counted. The person who made it possible that through his suffering and the suffering of some many others, discrimination was driven underground. We assume that his suffering and sacrifice meant that discrimination and bigotry has been conquered. We assume that because we have elected an African American President, that race relation issues have been resolved.
Well people, I can testify that this far from the truth. I am talking about hearing from other people about their experience. I am talking about my experience in the supposed mostl Liberal County in Maryland; Montgomery County, Maryland. Where the County Executive is an African American Man. Where the President of the County Council is and African American Woman. You would think that racism and bigotry would take a back seat and not rear its ugly head.
It is interesting that after I filed a lawsuit against the parties who conspired to discriminate against me and destroyed my livelihood, that the County assigned County Attorney Kane to use our tax dollars to defend these parties. In her reply she stated that since they were performing the duties of the County, Montgomery County was obligated to help the fight the charges of racial discrimination and destroying someones business. Even more interesting Ms. Kane did not say that these parties did not discriminate against me. She indicates that the case should be dismissed because of the statute of discrimination in Maryland. She did not say that the parties did not committ the discrimination. She further stated that they lawsuit I was bringing had been litigated and dismissed by the Montgomery County Circuit Court. I wonder if she is aware that the case against Montgomery County is still at the special appeals court. Furthermore, the parties named in the discrimination lawsuit had never been sued for discrimination at the Montgomery County Circuit Court or any other court in Maryland. Be that as it may, the County has decided to condone their actions by supporting them in court. I thank God for the discovery rule in Maryland. That is the statute of limitation does not toll if fraud is present. In addition, the statute of limitation starts at the time the injury is discovered by the injured party. How can they defend the perjury committed by Attorney Paul Leonard in front of Judge Rupp that the county had no intention of renting the place when they had indeed signed the LEASE. How can they defend trying to lift stay on my bankrupty so they could assist to kick me out of the office space I was renting, which they succeeded in doing. The arrogance is so big, that they renewed the lease for an additional 3 years at 8413 Ramsey Avenue, a COPY which I have attached for your reference. I guess they feel that they have the clout to shove their atrocites and injustice under the rocks because of their connection at the Montgomery County Circuit Court.
They have decided to support their actions by spending me and your tax dollars to defend them. I am grateful that I am alive to see this day. It could have been worse for me. Thank God that they did not decide to set the dogs on me similar to what was done to the civil rights activist in Alabama.
Is the only thing the Acting County Attorney, Marc P Hansen and the Associate Attorney Patricia Kane could come up with is that the action is barred by the Statute of Limitation? They did not say that these people committed no wrong, they just decided to state that my complaint should be dismissed due to the Statue of Limitation. A copy of Ms. Kane's motion to dismiss and motion to dismiss2 has been included for your reference.
In 2007 I wrote a letter around this same weekend of Marting Luther King Birthday asking our Honorable Ike Leggett for his asistance to no avail. I ask for the assistance of our now Council President Valerie Ervin, to no avail. I thank God that I am around today to be able to put the puzzle together of the conspiracy to ruin my life just because Steve Hayes and Co. felt they could without any impunity. The election is over and they have been sworn into office to continue with the destruction of lives. Valerie Ervin has been rewarded with the post of the Montgonmery County Council President despite the fact that she lied and said that she had a file on a citizen that she taken care of over 2 years ago. Wow, it pays to live and Lie in Montgomery County and run the Government.
Any way. I come to show you further proof of how the people in The Department of Real Estate, The Department of Public Works, now known as the Department of General Services, the Office of the County Administrator, and the County Attorney's Office have weaved lies which they were not able to cover up as much as they tried.
1. I have shown you the LEASE which the County Attorney Paul Leonard Perjured himself and said he that they had no intention of the Montgomery County renting the Space they are in at 8413 Ramsey Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910. I have shown you that when Steve Hayes from the Department of Real Estate met me in 2006 they had already developed a relationship with the white owners of the building Joseph and Jeanne Godbout, and Robert and Virginia Medbery who they preferred to do business with, even though I had a valid Lease that as of 2006 when I met Mr. Hayes I was not in Default.
2. The lease as shown HERE. demonstrates that they had the lease drawn up in 2006 and developed a stalling tactic to get me in financial trouble so that I would be thrown out of the place and they can take over the entire unit which the needed for the temporary operating site for the Paul Sarbanes Regional Center, which they now call the TRIPs site.
3. I have shown you on the Lease that less than thirty days of my loosing that space they executed the now famous LEASE. in May 2007 on behalf of the County.
4. I have shown you that Paul Leonard the Esteemed and Learned County Attorney again Perjured himself during the hearing that did not take place until around September of 2007 with my first attorney in which he declared that they had no intention of renting the space. I guess what he meant to say is that they had no intentions of renting the space from an African American/Black Woman.
5. I have shown you that they were willing to bankrupt me rather than buyout my lease or rent the space from me and African American/Black Woman.
6. I have shown you that even in April of 2008 when again the learned and Esteemed Associate Attorney went to the Montgomery County Circuit Court and Perjured himself again to say that they had no intentions of renting 8413 Ramsey Avenue while they were in the process of renovating the space and had signed a lease in May 2007 which they had started processing in 2006 unknown to me.
7. I now come to show you further evidence that they had absolutely no intention of doing business with this African American/Black Woman. They wanted to do business from Caucasion/White Folks. The application for the PERMIT submitted by Shri Gondhalekar on March 7, 2007 which he attested to fact that the owners of the property were aware and approve of the renovations that were being made on the property further demonstrates the proof that they wanted to rent that property, but not from me, this African American/Black Woman that they feel that they could walk over and trample. They were willing to do whatever they needed to do not to do business with me. Thank God they decided to spare my life in order for me to see this day.
8. I bring to your attention again that the Esteemed and Educated Attorneys in the Montgomery County Attorney's Office, Stevey Hayes and Cynthia Brenneman in the Deparment of Real Estate, The County Administrator, were bold enough to Bankrupt a Business, Conspire to Practice Racial Discrimination, even though the project they were getting funds from prohibits Discriminination when Federal dollars are involved in the project, they were Bold enought to LIE to The Montgomery County Circuit Court because they had friends that were cloaked in the Cloth of Justice, in order to try to stifle the case. The PERMIT application was March 7, 2007, and the first hearing at the Circuit Court was not until September of 2007.

MOCO 7 HIT WITH MULTIMILLION DOLLAR DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT
My fellow Citizens,
I am sure that you thought that the corruption that we heard about a couple of weeks ago in Prince Georges County was the worse thing that could have happen within our region at this time. I would venture to say that you have seen nothing yet when you find out what is happening in Montgomery County, the neigboring county. We have 7 county employees in high level positions that should have know better, who conspired and violated the civl right of one of its citizen which has resulted in a multi million LAWSUIT. In this hard times Steve Hayes, Real Estate Specialist, Cynthia Brenneman, Director of Real Estate, Shridhar Gondhalekar, Architect, Project Manager, Eileeen Basaman, Associate Attorney, in the Montgomery County Attorneys Office, in collusion with Patricia Via, Chief Litigator, Paul Leonard, Associate Attorney, and Timothy L. Firestine, Chief Administrative Officer for Montogmery County, who I will call the MOCO 7 felt they could act without the fear of law by bankrupting an African Amercian Woman who happens to be a single mother that was pursing the American dream out of business and soon to be homeless.
To refresh your mind, please read the entire blog which details how this seven individuals conspired and drove me out of business because they did not want to execute a contract to rent the building now being used as the TRIPS OFFICE,( NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH LINDA TRIPP) located at 8413 Ramsey Avenue, which I have dubbed the 8413RamseyGate from a Black Woman. Their preference was to do business with the white owners of the building. They also forgot about or were ignorant of

In the MOCO 7s' excitement in finding a Black Person that they could treat like a non-person who they felt had no rights or protection under the law, they forgot that they were interfering with a business contract and relationship as well as fraudulent misrepresentation. They forgot that ignorance is no defense for breaking the law.
Let me reiterate that these 7 individuals could have done the right thing by buying out my present lease or coexisting in the building with me. But they felt that they were above the law and could do as they please without any fear of reprisal. As I have stated before this is a modern day hanging of an African American Person. The Noose represented by the trickery of the MOCO 7 to make sure that I would run out in the street naked and loose my mind so that I would be labeled as mentally unsound.
I would not have been able to proof anything if it was not that I was able to get my hands on the LEASE they executed with Joseph and Jeanne Godbout, and Robert and Virginia Medbery owners of 8413 Ramsey Avenue which I have again enclosed for your edification. It did not bother them that when I met Mr. Steve Hayes who was acting on behalf of the county that I had a lease on the premises since 2005 and was current in my lease payment. He and his Co-conspirators had no concience or concern about the amount of harm they could cause or would be causing to another fellow human being. Oh I forgot since I am Black, I am classified as a complete human being.

The Effect of Corruption in Montgomery County Government on a HUMAN LIFE

It is heartbreaking to find out that the government you believed in, deceived, committed perjury, discriminated against YOU and was willing to interfere in a business relationship in order to show that they were big and mighty. I might even venture to say that upon further investigation that they may have committed civil Rico. Shocking news I am sure. The Montgomery County attorneys office in Conjunction with the Circuit Court was a willing partnership in accomplishing this horrendous dead to one of its citizen that was just out there building the American Dream.
During the first hearing, Attorney Paul Leonard said that The Montgomery Executive was the only one who could bind the County into a contract. I know that to them I may not be intelligent, but according to the LEASE I entered into evidence to show that they had absolutely no intention of doing business with an African American woman, I do not see the Honorable Ike Leggett signature on that lease. Is there another lease with his signature that we have not been made aware of? I guess he felt that since he had friends at the Circuit Court level, he could COMMIT PERJURY ALL HE WANTED. After all Attorney Paul Leonard and Attorney Patricia Via are guaranteed that they will always get a salary which is paid for with our tax dollars no matter what type of atrocity the commit.
They felt that they could get away with a modern day lynching, after all they were, and are not accountable to anyone.
